المحفظة رائعه فى كل حاجة إلا موضوع تأكيد العملية مع خدمة فورى التأكيد صعب جداً ومش بيتم فى اغلب الوقت ليه مش بيحول علطول من غير تأكيد !

أسوء خدمة فى الدنيا ، اقعد 3 شهور عشان الخدمة تشتغل ولما تشتغل أروح احط فلوس بعدها بكام يوم ألاقي الخدمة واقفة واعمل شكوى وموظف الفرع يقولي خلال 48 ساعة الموضوع هايتحل اكلم خدمة العملاء بعديها ب 3 أيام موظف خدمة العملا يقولي لسه قدامك أسبوع بحد أقصى ، دا الواحد لو بيشحت منكوا مش هاتعملوا كدة. شركة زفت
Worst mobile wallet ever , my wallet was suspended 40 days ago for no reason ,and after visiting dozens of official Etisalat branches , I couldn't manage to fix the problem, they wouldn't even allow me to know my total balance
